,,As vrea sa slabesc dar nustiu cum sa fac, nu reusesc nici cum."/ ,,I want to lose weight, but I don't know how to do it! I allways fail it!"

Din aproape 7 miliarde de oameni, 1,2 miliarde sufera de foame, iar peste 900 milioane de oameni sunt obeji. Stiu balanta e ciudata si trista. Bun eu in aceasta postare ma voi referi strict la cei care vor sa slabeasca.
Sa ti diete, peste diete, sa renunti la mancarea preferata, la dulciuri. De craciun si pasti, trebuie sa te inchizi in casa, sa nu dai ochii cu masa... E, exageram putin, dar inca de la inceput va spun, ca dieta fara un sport pe langa, e ca si arma fara gloante, o poti folosi si are efect, dar efectul e foarte mic, si imediat ce te indepartezi de atacator el poate reveni. Asa si dieta, daca nu faci exercitii fizice pe langa, este aproape egal cu 0, chiar daca vei reusi sa slabesti prin diete, cum te vei lasa 2, 3 saptamani, te vei ingrasa iara, poate chiar mai mult, deoarece corpul cere cu pofta multa mancare.
Deci o dieta sanatoasa plus sport, si ajungi unde trebuie. Dieta nu trebuie neaparat sa te tina departe de alimentele care tie iti plac. Dar va trebui sa le consumi in cantitati prielnice fizicului tau, nici mai mult nici mai putin. ,,Adica?" Adica nici cat sa te saturi, dar nici cat sa te infometezi.
Cateva exercitii simple, dupa fiecare masa (20=30 min, dupa masa) . Stiti renumitele reclame de la orbit: ,,Dupa fiecare masa aveti nevoie de orb..." Bun, pe aceasi ideie vom merge si noi, dupa fiecare masa, exercitii fizice. ,,Dar eu nu am timp, unde sa fac dupa fiecare masa, cand eu sunt la birou, lucrez, ..." Ei nu trebuie mult, doar 10-15 minute.
Unele dintre cele mai bune exercitii , simple si disponibile oriunde:

1. Stai cu degetele de la picioare orientate spre exterior, iti indoi usor genunchii, pana in momentul in care nu iti mai vezi degetele mari. Revino incet la postura initiala.
2.Bine cunoscutele fandari: Faci un pas mare inainte cu piciorul stang, astfel incat coapsa ta sa fie paralela cu podeaua. Stai cateva secunde apoi repeta si cu celalalt picior.
3.Incearca niste flotari mai usoare, cu mainile rezemate de perete sau de un birou. Daca iti permite timpul poti face si niste flotari la adevarata lor intensitate, pe podea.
4.Elibereaza-ti tensiunea din umeri ridicandu-i pe rand pana la nivelul urechilor, apoi te relaxezi si inspiri, expiri aerul incet, dandu'ti astfel o stare de calm si liniste.
5. In picioare, cu mainile pe langa corp, relaxeaza-te, apoi apleaca-te si incearca sa-ti atingi degetul mare de la piciorul drept cu mana stanga si degetul de la piciorul stang cu mana dreapta. Repeta acest exercitiu de cel putin patru ori. Apoi te relaxezi, si toate aceste exercitii le faci in maxim 25-30 minute.
Nu uita, mai important decat dieta, sunt exercitiile fizice, care nu numai ca te scapa de grasimi, dar duc si la corpul dorit. E vorba de vointa, nu esti prima/primul care face asta, toti am fost asa, indiferent ca am suferit de rahitism sau am fost obezi, nimeni nu s-a nascut perfect din punct de vedere fizic si mintal, spiritual, toti au lucrat prin control si eforturi sa ajunga acolo unde au vrut sa ajunga. Deci si tu o poti face daca vrei!

  1. fain blogul. E mai fain ca tu chiar faci sport, nu ca multi altii care sunt obezi si dau sfaturi din auzite despre slabit. Ca mai sunt si din astia in online-ul nostru.. Spor!;)
